Purpose of the Role:

You’ll play a critical role in helping lead Pampered Chef’s strategic thinking and data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for value creation. The Strategic Analytics team works like an internal consulting group partnering with a variety of teams to solve business challenges, inform critical decision-making & support strategic initiatives. Our role goes well beyond just delivering analysis; we’re a high-performing team focused on delivering business impact and developing our people.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development, technology) and serve as subject matter expert when it comes to data, insights, and analysis
• Analyze customer, consultant, sales, and product data to help key decision makers understand business trends, opportunities, and historical performance
• Use analytical nous to not only shed light on what happened but also provide insights on why and what to do
• Evaluate the success of historical program and promotions and develop insights that can increase program effectiveness in the future
• Provide data, analytics, and insights support for strategic initiatives to help steer the business to growth
• Work with Strategic Analytics Director and team to shape & execute our organization’s data and technology roadmap

Education & Experience:

• 2+ years of strategy, insights and/or analytics experience 
• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field required or alongside relevant experience 
• Experience should include analytics, predictive modeling, statistics, and data visualization
• Self-starter with strong creative problem-solving and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Working knowledge of SQL, R / Python, Advanced Excel & Visualization Tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, MicroStrategy) preferred
