We’re breaking down the exclusivity myth of celebrity by building personal relationships between fans and talent.

This role
The Strategy Associate role is part of a new strike group that will report directly to the CFO. We are looking for the best young strategic minds who have the horsepower and intellectual flexibility to help shape the long-term strategy for the company.
On a high level, there are three daily components to the role:
- Ability to break down complex problems into structured parts.
- Analytical chops to use data properly.
- Philosophical inclination, the ability to contextualize these insights and make sure they align with our corporate goals.
Examples of projects
- Publish research internally. Market sizing, competitive landscape, acquisition target due diligence, pricing analysis.
- Help the CFO with long-term strategy. Analyze and debate moats, competitive landscape, new business lines, investment areas, venture capital fundraising scenarios, and more.
- Study marketplace dynamics. Learn about two-sided marketplaces, analyze the growth levers in the business, help define frameworks that the company will use to create team strategies.
- Be a cross-functional ninja. Temporary assignments to various groups in the business (ops, celebrity relations, marketing, growth, product) and help them with data-driven strategy.
What we hope you’ll bring
- 1-3 years at Bain, BCG, McKinsey or a technology venture capital fund
- Excel and powerpoint whiz
- Data software proficiency is a plus (Python, SQL, Tableau)
