As part of the Sales Ops team, our Rep Analytics team is responsible for analyzing the performance of our sales floor, identifying trends in data, and recommending solutions.  Additionally, they create sales targets that hold our sales professionals to ambitious performance standards. The trifecta of teams on our Sales Operations team (Rep Analytics, Tools & Process Improvement, and Communication) work closely together to ensure reps and managers have a consistent, informed, and high-energy environment to achieve their sales goals.

 

As a Strategy and Operations Analyst on the Rep Analytics team, you will focus on measuring, interpreting, and making strategic recommendations on matters related to Sales Operations. You will work closely across multiple departments to solve issues and implement process changes with the end goal to make our sales teams better. Using high levels of qualitative aptitude, you’ll help us research, develop, communicate, and implement new programs and processes across the sales organization.

You’ll spend time on the following:

  • Collect, analyze, and evaluate data to track project performance and important developments; Synthesize raw data into digestible and actionable information

  • Assist in the creation of dashboards to measure performance along a number of different financial, strategic, and competitive dimensions

  • Develop economic models to inform executive thinking around new products and initiatives

  • Assist with special financial and business related analyses

  • Act as liaison between operations and sales by conducting regular meetings with sales leadership to identify opportunities for improvement in reporting and processes

  • Partner with Finance, HR, and Compensation to administer changes to sales compensation plan and target systems

  • Continuously review and make recommendations for current sales incentive programs to ensure efficiency

  • Assist the team with coloring in the lines in the team coloring book

 

We’re excited about you if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related fields

  • 4+ years of professional experience, preferably in operations, business intelligence, or other equally rigorous and quantitative positions

  • You’re deeply analytical, with advanced Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other relational databases; you’re familiar with building/modifying advanced SQL code including subqueries, temporary tables, aggregation, and data modeling; experience with Python and Tableau a plus

  • You’re able to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders either by email, chat, phone or slide show

  • You have strong collaboration, consultation and negotiation skills

  • You have experience working with and influencing decision-makers and executive leadership in the past

  • You’re a creative problem solver who identify problems unilaterally and recommend effective plans of action

  • You have experience crafting results in an independent role

  • You’re able to work independently, take initiative, and remain flexible in an ever-changing environment

  • You get excited by working with data, measuring performance, and making objective decisions based on quantitative and/or deductive reasoning
