Responsibilities:

• Work directly with cross-functional leadership to design and drive strategic initiatives across departments
• Use analytics and modeling to identify opportunities for GoHealth to optimize its financial and operational performance
• Develop and iterate on short- and long-term operations improvement proposals for leadership
• Create presentations that visually demonstrate progress across initiatives
• Quantify growth and cost savings opportunities through a variety of models and analyses
• Gather data, create and test hypotheses, summarize findings, and develop go-forward plans
• Clearly communicate business objectives and financial impact of projects to audiences across our organization.
• Create new processes that support the business by decreasing costs, increasing efficiency, and driving process improvements
• Willingness to dig into data, take risks, experiment, and be prepared to learn from it
• Own end-to-end work streams, from assessment through proposal creation, internal approval, negotiation, and execution
• Quantify growth and cost savings opportunities through a variety of models and analyses

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of work experience in business operations, consulting, strategy, or similar role at a high-growth company
• Experience with business strategy, project management, and financial analysis, preferably for top-tier services/investment firms, or growth companies
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projectsStrong analytical capabilities with a passion for providing innovative and impactful insights through modeling and data analysis
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects; strong communication skills and experience with working cross-functionally across various teams
• Demonstrated aptitude for critical decision making with an ability to bring strategic, operational and financial perspectives to bear on those decisions
• A creative approach to problem solving; comfortable thinking in a “scrappy” way to deliver short term wins and insights, while working towards a broader goals
