About the role
As our Success Team expands, our Success Operations Managers optimize processes for all of their teammates and across the organization. They look for consistent issues across the whole Success team, break down these issues into manageable components, and create solutions with measurable results.

What you'll do:
- Collect, process, and analyze data so that Success Team Members can make more informed decisions.
- Design and maintain data systems and databases, including fixing data-related problems.
- Mine data from primary and secondary sources, then reorganize in a format that can be easily read by either our Success Team Members or the systems and platforms we use.
- Prepare reports that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions.
- Collaborate with Screencastify Engineers and Product Team Members to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance.
- Create appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary
You're perfect for this role if you:
- Pay close attention to detail when working with data to make accurate conclusions and predictions
- Enjoy making use of effective communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships quickly
- Have a solid understanding of data sources, data organization, and storage
- Make use of critical thinking skills to figure out the questions to ask in the first place, and uncover and synthesize connections that are not always clear
- Possess an ability to adapt quickly to new features and processes and constantly changing business and education requirements.
- Are able to manage project scope and delivery timelines across multiple projects simultaneously and experience working in a deadline-driven environment
- Love the challenges, hours, and ups-and-downs of startup life
- Are authorized to work in the United States
- [Bonus] Are a former classroom teacher and/or have prior edtech experience
- [Bonus] Have a previous understanding of BigQuery and are able to write complex SQL queries
