Position Overview

The Support Analyst will research and test functionality of web based applications, audit data from various sources, and provide client (internal and external) support by addressing client issues.

Primary Responsibilities

• Researches and tests functionality of web based applications
• Performs system maintenance on various applications
• Audits data from various sources
• Troubleshoots
• Assesses the need for customization or enhancements to be reported to development maintenance and other Technical Service departments

Required Experience:

• State the minimum education, experience, skills and certifications/training required to successfully perform the job.
• College degree preferred
• Experience in Accounting, specifically experience with journal entries and A/P preferred
• Ability to demonstrate prior ability or a willingness to learn SQL
• Ability to be available in the phone queue
• Promptly address and prevent escalation
• Prior experience dealing with financial concepts
