ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Support Engineer at ShopRunner, you’ll write code that allows partners to integrate to the ShopRunner network. You will be doing analysis on the quality of data we receive and work to resolve them. You will also help support existing partners that require updates to their existing integration code. Note: This is a contract role, onsite for 40 hrs/week. 

ABOUT WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Use Python and Database technologies to integrate and configure partners and do data quality analysis.
• Adhere to our engineering best practices (including code reviews and test writing)
• Work closely with our integrations and engineering teams to ensure we are meeting the needs of our partners as well as deliver product to our customers.

ABOUT WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience with Python and SQL
• Web frameworks such as Django or Flask are a plus
• Experience with version control, like Git
• Experience with data validation and analysis
• Strong in time management and good communication skills
• Skilled at cross-team collaboration and multi-tasking
• You welcome peer reviews and incorporating feedback

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience with testing frameworks
• Experience with Big Data technologies like Spark
