Job Description The Wholesale Payments Marketing team is looking for a Graphic Designer to support creative design needs across the business globally. This individual will be a key member of the creative team, supporting creative assets and designs for public, client-facing and internal channels, including web, video, social and email. The role will be responsible for producing a high volume of creative assets and interactive designs in accordance with brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will also manage and produce designs for key campaigns and external channels and work closely with brand/creative, digital, editorial, events, channel marketing and communications.
We are seeking a candidate who has a passion for creativity and innovation, is driven by curiosity, can balance multiple workstreams, and will deliver a high-performing work product in a fast-paced environment. This individual must have strong verbal and visual communication skills and be able to collaborate with team members and create materials that reflect communication objectives.
Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design and produce assets, interactive designs, and multimedia/animated graphics for B2B and B2C audience across a wide range of company sizes and industries.
  • Adapt messaging and designs by channel-digital (web and email), social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube), video, print, virtual and live events, and paid media / advertising.
  • Translate marketing objectives into creative deliverables that are on-brand and tailored for audience segments (company size and industry).
  • Partner with functional marketing teams, including writers, designers, campaign managers, product marketers, and events to drive cohesive creative campaigns and ensure projects aligned to overall strategy and business needs.
  • Deliver high-quality, production-ready designs for both internal and external collateral, while meeting all business communication requirements.
  • Become versed in brand standards and customer segments (needs, motivations, challenges, key messages, tone and voice).
  • Own and prioritize creative book of work, project manage workload, track and report progress, deliver against deadlines.
  • Ensure creative assets adhere to control, audit, legal and compliance requirements. Consult with internal partners on best practices and standards.


Qualifications:

  • 5 years professional graphic design experience in an agency setting or in-house creative/ marketing department developing digital and print materials.
  • Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier) and design/production tools, including Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • B2B, financial services and industry-specific experience a plus.
  • Multimedia, digital design, and video (animation and motion graphics) experience a plus.
  • Keen sense of deadlines, excels in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and is highly organized.
  • Solid understanding of brand marketing and user-centered best practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy/quality and a critical eye for design aesthetics
  • Able to gather, interpret, and incorporate feedback from a large group of stakeholders.
  • Highly creative, bringing a diverse perspective that makes designs stand out.
  • A customer-obsessed mindset to ensure exceptional customer experience and delivery
  • High degree of professionalism and flexibility and is equally comfortable working independently and as a team player.
  • Familiarity with workflow management tools (Workfront), PitchPRO+, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
