Who we are

Trunk Club’s in-house agency is at the heart of bringing the brand to life through best-in-class creative strategies and compelling visuals. You’ll play a major part in making big concepts and ideas a reality across a variety of audiences, media, and marketing channels while inspiring consumers, businesses, and employees to engage and interact with us.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a creative team with varying skill sets and experience
• Provide clear vision and direction that inspires development of creative approaches
• Lead brainstorming sessions or other ideation activities to propel creative thinking
• Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders to concept and execute creative strategies and platforms
• Own workflow processes that promote creativity, collaboration, and efficiency throughout the creative lifecycle
• Champion the brand and associated standards that position us as an approachable, helpful personal styling service
• Confidently present concepts and proposed creative solutions to internal teams
• Collaborate with the Content and Production teams to build cohesive marketing and editorial campaigns
• Create original, modern, inspiring work that distinguishes us as the industry leader

You should have

• 8+ years in a leadership role managing diverse teams in an in-house or agency environment
• Expertise in digital media, including delivery of best practices across social media, video, email, and display
• Managerial courage to challenge and motivate a team while delivering feedback and ongoing coaching
• Relentless pursuit to develop best-in-class creative
• Inherent leadership skills that bring a fun and inspiring energy to work every day
• Ability to develop, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders
• Expert prioritization capabilities to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Bold vision and a passion for great design; meticulous attention to detail
• Expert with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch
