The Creative Traffic Coordinator is the liaison between Groupon’s creative teams and their clients. They will schedule projects, communicate status updates, anticipate and troubleshoot problems, and develop solutions to workflow delays to keep deliverables on track. This individual is also responsible for ensuring the flow of timely and accurate information between teams by creating and facilitating open feedback loops.

You’ll spend time on the following:

  • Serve as a liaison between creative staff and clients, both internal and external

  • Facilitate communication loops and information sharing regarding project status and resource requirements

  • Oversee end-to-end project scheduling and status updates

  • Ensure that task-related information and instructions are delivered to project team in a timely manner to keep the project on schedule

  • Monitor the flow of materials or resources through the process to ensure on time delivery

  • Troubleshoot problems to make sure a project or process remains on schedule

  • Work with teams to facilitate timeline revisions as needed

  • Proactively notify all relevant parties when work cannot start as scheduled, and work with teams to find alternate solutions

  • Advise on resource availability for incoming projects based on current and planned workloads

  • Maintain and update centralized schedule for all active jobs and team members to ensure deadlines are met and resources are optimally scheduled

  • Enter and update all project into the scheduling system

  • Communicate to team members as needed to move projects to completion

We’re excited about you if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or project management field preferred; related degrees considered

  • Demonstrated understanding of content production

  • Project management is a plus

  • Mac proficient

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Google Suite preferred

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines required

  • Strong communication skills and ability to foster and maintain relationships

  • Excellent at problem solving and being resourceful

  • Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills

  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, open office, demanding environment with aggressive schedules and deadlines
