Relish Works, Inc. is seeking a Social Media Content & Communication Designer and to support a new innovation hub.

We are Relish Works, an innovation hub focused on challenging the status quo and pioneering the next evolution of the food industry. While backed with the support of an established food service organization, Relish Works operates as an independent start-up focused on user-centered solutions.Our efforts explore improvements to the established company's core business as well as solving for unmet customer needs, re-deploying assets and infrastructure, and developing new businesses. What you’ll do:

The Social Media Content & Communication Designer is a core member of Relish Works, Inc., working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to support, further develop, and organize the hub’s brand and communication. This will include managing brand assets, further defining how they should be used across the hub and with the core organization, and supporting communication and presentation development for a variety of purposes.

This individual will be expected to demonstrate primary interest and experience within the design practice, and also bring a technical skillset to support branding and communication materials.

Day-to-day work will include working with a multi-disciplinary set of colleagues and contributing to specific projects, presentations, and other branding/design needs as they arise.

Specific responsibilities include:

Design and develop communication materials 

Create content and campaigns across all social media channels that strengthen and empower brands

Cater creative, campaigns & content to resonate within specific Social Media channels

Support internal teams with brand direction and guidance

Contribute to and/or drive updates to the Relish Works, Inc. brand

Contribute to other projects and efforts as needed

 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree
• 1-3 years of experience
• Exposure to and experience with human centered design and/or innovation work preferred
• Core Skills to Include:
  • Curiosity
• Ability to work in dynamic, often ambiguous conditions requiring rapid transitions between collaborative and individual work
• You are approachable and love helping others. You are passionate about delivering a warm and polished office experience
• Minimal travel may be required
