Responsibilities:

This individual will create/ build digital assets across a wide variety of social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. This individual will be an expert in creating digital advertisements that will be utilized on varies display platforms like GDN. He or she will create e-mails that will engage and maintain our clients. This team member will be very detail oriented, will work proactively, and efficiently with marketing leadership.

• Coding emails that render well across devices and platforms including Outlook
• Social Media Ad Creation
• Web/Display Ad Creation
• Troubleshoot coding issues and bugs related to marketing automation
• Experience with Photoshop, Adobe Suite, Dreamweaver, and InDesign
• Experience with modern HTML/CSS for desktop / mobile
• Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in various stages and meet deadlines

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in email coding and development
• 2+ years creating digital advertisements
• Expertise in email-specific languages such as Smarty (PHP)
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript,
• Advanced experience with email service providers
• Must possess an acute attention to detail
• Good understanding of prioritizing workload using Agile Development Principles
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects successfully under tight deadlines
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments in multiple disciplines
• Utilize strong communication skills to inform email team of status of issues or projects and to resolve conflict where confusion may arise
• Must be local
