Mission:

To oversee the manifestation of the Fast Radius vision into a world class brand, providing leadership and direction across all of brand design, from visual identity, photo and video, main website, physical footprints and more.

Responsibilities & Outcomes:

• Provide creative direction and evolve our brand across multiple touchpoints and mediums
• Partner with Head of Design and Sr. Director of Brand on overall creative concepting 
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure the Fast Radius brand is represented at the highest quality
• Lead team of brand and digital product designers, providing design direction and mentorship
• Oversee evolution of brand visual identity and brand guidelines
• Ensure all design work is aligned with dept and company strategy
• Communicate design decisions effectively based on user-research, content strategy, usability and design thinking
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and fellow colleagues, acting as a design evangelist across departments

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant professional and creative experience
• Well-rounded portfolio that spans all elements of brand design from visual identity to photo/video, digital product design, campaign work, physical footprints and more.
• Strong history of delivering business results through brand design
• Ability to lead design teams across multiple projects
• Experience designing and thinking in 3D mediums (ie. VR/AR, Animation, CAD, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and organize large volumes of projects
• Systematic thinking and a desire to make/prototype solutions in order to fail fast and learn quickly

Education:

• BA/BS in related field or equivalent practical experience
