Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Execution: Bring the Epsilon brand vision to life through the impeccable design and execution of creative deliverables to support major campaigns, key marketing initiatives, sales enablement activities and internal brand projects for HR, recruiting, DE&I and the Epsilon company store.
Lead ideation and concepting of best-in-class creative, adhering to and evolving the Epsilon brand standards, while seeking ways to innovate, improve efficiency and scalability across multiple channels and formats.
Creative Problem Solving: Understand and interpret creative briefs from internal stakeholders-including marketing, sales, HR/recruiting, and client creative-to produce compelling marketing campaigns and sales collateral. Liaise with internal creative strategy team and VP of Campaigns for optimal alignment.
Communicate design ideas with a strong POV, both verbally and visually, and oversee brand governance across the global organization.
Design Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office with a keen understanding and ability to navigate the latest trends in digital design. An ability to work in AfterEffects to build motion graphics with animations is a plus. Design chops and visual problem-solving abilities within PowerPoint to support Marketing, sales pitches and other internal design needs is essential.

• Interpret and translate creative strategy into concepts that activate in a variety of mediums including:
  • Digital - emails, infographics, banner ads
  • Print - ads, direct mail, long-form content pdfs
  • Motion graphics & storyboarding for video
  • Pitch presentations (ppt)
  • Event support - virtual, hybrid & live
  • Website, content marketing & thought leadership
• Maintain and govern Epsilon brand standards and visual design systems across the global organization
• Strong mastery of typography design both for digital and print
• Accuracy and attention to detail throughout the concepting, design and graphic production process
• Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills
• Exceptional creative problem-solving skills, time/project management and organizational ability
• Knowledge of web/digital design principles
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Lead, guide and mentor creative talent on the team

Requirements

• Portfolio: Must include brand and campaign work (B2C and B2B)as well as in-house marketing & communications examples
• Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or other discipline.
• Experience: 8+ years
• Location: While we prefer this role to be based in Chicago, we're open to remote candidates.

• AfterEffects, PremierPro, Sketch (a plus)
