Position Overview:
The Director of Digital User Experience is responsible for leading and managing the website vision and roadmap. The Director assesses opportunities in the online space, monitors competitive trends and finds best practices across the financial service industry. The incumbent understands customer online behavior and search engine trends and is directly responsible for website marketing strategy, user experience, content and functional requirements.
Responsibilities:
Prioritizes and leads all website and mobile design projects. Manages multiple design agencies to deliver projects on-time, and on-budget. Coordinates closely with Operations, Technology and Law & Compliance teams to define website processes, training, communications, policies and their controls.
Communicates and partners effectively across the organization to ensure that the team is aligned to the business objectives and can do the job effectively. Build strong inter-personal relationships with line business teams across the enterprise and other key stakeholders that can ensure smooth execution
Drives conversion of online accounts opening through product / channel specific application forms. Improves online self-servicing through enhancements to the online registration processes.
Manages digital design agency relationships on behalf of the enterprise, negotiate price, terms and manage contractual relationships. Provides design vision, ensure unified look and feel of newly developed features.
Manages Agile process to advance rapid delivery of products, partners with business technology to maximize output of development teams and ensures proper prioritization of resources.
Champions design thinking for the enterprise by encouraging adoption of tools and solutions that puts the customer needs in the center of our designs and web site
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Arts, or Social Sciences
8+ years of general business experience or related
4+ year of people management experience
Preferred Qualifications
If we had our say, we’d also look for:
Master’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or Statistics
6+ years of people management experience
4+ years in recent digital design experience leveraging data-driven consumer insights
