An Insider's view of Nerdery

What’s the vibe like in the office?

What I appreciate the most is the solution-focused attitude. Projects inherently have risk and problems will happen. When they do, there is no energy wasted on assigning blame. Everyone involved, from president to engineer, asks 'how can we solve this?' and 'how can we learn from it?' We solve it and move forward as a whole.

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

All efforts are collaborative and the project is a partnership between Nerdery and the stakeholders. It's invigorating to see how committed everyone on my team is to the success of the project. The people here approach problems with a contagious enthusiasm every time I hop off a call, I'm pumped to tackle whatever challenge is on my plate.

My role in this is to be the advocate for our Nerds in supporting this growth.
