Job Description Summary

CCC Information Services, a leading B2B technology serving the multi-billion-dollar insurance and auto repair industries, is seeking a Graphic Design Manager to lead the company’s internal marketing design team and to oversee the production of marketing collateral that tells a story, connects with key audiences and builds the brand. Responsible for establishing and building an internal graphic design practice as well as managing of freelance and agency design talent, the Graphic Design Manager will be responsible for the overall work produced by the graphic design department to drive the company’s visual identity across all channels including: Web, email, print, advertising, presentations and video. The ideal candidate will be a strong player, coach that will collaborate with the internal design team and agencies to establish and meet production timelines and to concept and produce final designs. The manager will engage with marketing and cross-company business leaders to understand design needs and to concept assets.

Job Duties

The ideal candidate will be a strong player, coach who will collaborate with the internal design team and agencies to establish and meet production timelines and to concept and produce final designs.  The manager will engage with marketing and cross-company business leaders to understand design needs and to concept assets.  

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing production of the company’s marketing collateral across all channels
  • Creating visual concepts and assets using software top communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate audiences
  • Managing of internal graphic designers and external agencies
  • Fostering relationships with business leads to create compelling collateral to drive revenue and product adoption
  • Establishing and leveraging project management software to support the prioritization and communication of design project status
  • Building the company’s brand and image to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 9+ years of graphic design experience
  • BS/BA in graphic design
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extensive experience with design software including Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
