Graphic Designer (Full-Time Contract to Hire)
Position Summary:
Highly motivated team member responsible for owning and contributing to the end-to-end design of a wide variety of marketing and educational materials; from concept to launch to iteration with an objective of driving awareness and consideration of flood insurance products for agent as well as consumer audiences.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Creating and iterating on digital advertisements through testing/optimization phase of ad campaigns
- Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
- Utilizes brand guidelines to produce, refine and redesign existing company assets to better align with new branding
- Completes projects by coordinating with outside production agencies, art services, printers, etc. when necessary.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- This role works closely with marketing and communications team members, ideal candidate is passionate and skilled working across a wide array of digital marketing/communication/advertising channels. Someone that wants to flex their creative direction and able to produce the elements of their vision.
- Team moves fast, perfect fit for someone that likes to touch many different types of projects, not thrown off by a fire drill and is thoughtful about their approach to design.
Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in graphic or digital design
- Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Creative and production experience
- Work independently with moderate supervision as well as within a team environment
