What we’re looking for
As Graphic Designer, you’ll play an important role in multi-channel communications for M1’s core audience, the Savvy Investor. Your eye for design will help drive M1’s mission to empower people to take control of their finances and improve their financial well-being.

What you’ll do
- Produce thoughtful designs for a variety of digital media, including website design, email campaigns, digital ads, social media graphics, blogs, infographics, etc.
- Animate motion graphics to create product demonstration videos and engaging content for use throughout M1’s owned channels.
- Maintain a polished and consistent brand expression across all touch points.
- Partner with the Copywriter and assist the Creative Lead with the creative and production process for all projects.
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to develop creative solutions for new product launches and announcements.
Qualifications
- Link to a strong visual portfolio with an emphasis on digital design and motion graphics. A strong portfolio is more important than past experiences for this role.
- 2-3+ years of experience as a graphic designer in an agency or e-commerce/financial services company.
- Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
- An incredible eye for detail that shines through your work.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet multiple deadlines across a variety of projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive outlook and proactive mindset.
