What you will be doing

As Elevate K-12's Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating content to communicate the Elevate K-12 brand to the world. You will work closely with the marketing team to create ads, banners, images, one-pagers, presentations and more to be used in marketing campaigns and sales conversations. You'll also be a person who is passionate and willing to work as part of a high-performing marketing team.

Responsibilities

Develop content for all departments that require creative assets
Create compelling content with a strong focus on customer and teacher acquisition ads and campaigns
Ability to create different types of for different platforms such as video, ads, images, photography, PowerPoint and others for web, social, events and more
Establish and communicate consistent visuals and standards across the company's entire brand
Develop a strong understanding of the brand voice, tone, and brand guidelines
Meet deadlines and have the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities

Who you Are

4+ years of design experience with an agency or in-house design teams; ideally in tech or education
Experience working on marketing or advertising materials
Fundamental design skills, including knowledge of typography, composition, and color
Motivation to create design concepts with minimal oversight and evolving your designs over the course of the project, while still being able to take creative direction from managers and internal stakeholders
Ability to provide multiple creative solutions to problems
Great attention to detail while having an open mind for creativity exploration
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design (preferred)
Experience working with Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, and Photoshop
Experience with HTML and WordPress is a plus
