Fetch is a build-first technology company creating a rewards program to power the world. Over the last 5 years, we’ve grown from 0 to 11M active users and taken over the rewards game in the US with our free app. The foundation has been laid. In the next 5 years, we will become a global platform that completely transforms how people connect with brands.
It all comes down to two core beliefs. First, that people deserve to be rewarded when they create value. If a third party directly benefits from an action you take or data you provide, you should be rewarded for it. And not just the “you get to use our product!” cop-out. We’re talkin’ real, explicit value. Fetch points, perhaps. Second, we also believe brands need a better and more direct connection with what matters most to them: their customers. Brands need to understand what people are doing and have a direct line to be able to do something about it. Not just advertise, but ACT. Sounds nice right?

About the role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer, Marketing for our collaborative Creative Marketing team. The Graphic Designer, Marketing will report to the Creative Director, Marketing.
What you’ll do
- Create smart, memorable content to move Fetch’s brand forward and engage new & existing shoppers
- Design for a broad range of internal & external communication
- Primary content you’ll be creating: emails, digital ads, social media content, in-app marketing campaign imagery
- Secondary content you’ll be creating: Fetch-branded goodies, signage, presentations, video content, OOH and more
How you’ll do it
- Concept, design, iterate, and revise pixel-perfect(ish) projects based on provided briefs
- Work within and push Fetch’s established visual language
- Seek out opportunities for design elevation throughout Fetch’s portfolio of creative work
- Demonstrate dedication to diversity, inclusion, and representation
- Keep on top of trends in content, storytelling, and best practices for digital design
Who you’ll work with
- Work with diverse teams across Fetch’s marketing, product, and sales
- Collaborate closely with creative team peers - writers, illustrators animators, designers, creative leadership, & project manager
- Support design & illustration leadership, & their initiatives
- Work with acquisitions and engagement teams to understand objectives, target specific audiences, and evaluate design outcomes
Skills we believe you need for this position
- 3-5 years graphic design experience
- Visual problem solving (across a variety of media)
- Design for digital media
- Illustration (Expect heavy use of vector formatted designs)
- Incorporating photography in designs
- Refined typography & layout
- Solid understanding of the digital world
- Fluent in the tools our team uses most
- Adobe Illustrator & other Adobe Creative Cloud programs
- Microsoft PPT & other Microsoft Office programs
- Google Suite
- Understanding & designing for specific audiences
- Lead intended audiences forward with intentional, considered designs
- Transform insights & strategy into excellent creative output
- Collaborative spirit
- Values & welcomes feedback
- Willing & able to ask questions and seek suggestions from teammates
- Capable of articulating design rational and making insightful recommendations
