Job Description

As an important part of the bswift Marketing and Sales Enablement team, the Graphic Designer is responsible for developing materials to support sales needs, from initial outreach to finalist meetings and events. Examples include proposal templates, executive summary layouts, PowerPoint design and production, HTML email campaign creation and distribution, social media and web graphics, landing pages, sell sheet design, product photography retouching and promotional/event graphics.

Fundamental Components:
Customize proposal and presentation designs for bswifts sales team to effectively target potential clients
Design and customize case studies, sell sheets and other sales collateral that allow our sales team and channel partners to drive their conversations with prospects
Collaborate with internal marketing, content and sales teams to develop custom graphics to support social selling and thought leadership activities
Customize website landing pages for events and recruiting initiatives
Create custom responsive email templates for various communication objectives and audiences
Design graphics and signage for events, trade shows and office branding
Maintain our online digital asset library for internal and external partners; assist with creating assets for the library including product screenshots, branded templates and other resources
Work as part of a responsive team willing to jump in and do what is needed to support marketing opportunities and help drive new sales

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:
2-3 years graphic design experience, in both print and digital
Bachelors degree in graphic design, web design or fine arts required
Excellent typography, compositional and layout skills; Experience creating press ready files
HTML/CSS skills
Works well in a fast-paced environment and handles quick turnarounds; Eager to pitch in and figure things out; Takes initiative and has passion and desire to do great work 
Experience generating designs consistent with an organizations brand
Exceptional communication skills, ability to digest feedback and incorporate into future iterations; Comfortable collaborating with a team as well as working independently
Expertise in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and PowerPoint; Familiarity with Wordpress, email marketing platforms and video editing a plus

EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
