The Job

The Mom Project is reinventing the working mom narrative and we are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing design team! You’ll be responsible for supporting and collaborating with the team on a variety of design projects from kick-off to final delivery.

You have a deep knowledge of design trends, layouts, typography, and best-practices. You’re passionate about design and excited to work on both print and digital projects. You will be helping in maintaining and growing our visual brand, creating sales presentations, marketing collateral, social media designs, and interactive web design. Being a contributing member of our design organization, we’ll be working with you to foster and develop skills for applying design best practices across a variety of mediums in a fast paced start-up environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborating with senior designers on various design projects

Designing a variety of print and digital marketing collateral

Creating and customizing compelling sales and marketing presentations

Maintain brand consistency in all designs

Landing page designs

Creatively thinking to come up with new ideas and concepts

Pre-requisites

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field, or extensive real world experience

3+ years of full-time design experience

Strong design portfolio with print and digital design examples

Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator and Photoshop - XD is a major plus!)

Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint and/or Google Slides

Illustration skills are a plus!

An interest in UX/UI or willing to learn is a plus!
