What you will be doing – Instructional Design Specialist, Talent Development
We are seeking an Instructional Design Specialist, Talent Development to design our Learning & Development material & programs. Will research, design and develop companywide learning & development programs to support our high growth goals & initiatives. Will partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, identify learning & performance needs and develop programs & strategies to drive the business.

Responsibilities – Instructional Design Specialist, Talent Development
- Design & develop clear, comprehensive and engaging learning material & programs focused on knowledge, skills and competency development to improve performance and facilitate company growth
- Conduct needs analysis to identify performance/knowledge/skill gaps & provide L&D solutions to close gaps
- Design & develop blended learning programs that are engaging, interactive, effective & drive results
- Create content for eLearning platform, engaging videos, online assessments & other on demand virtual resources
- Facilitate implementation of learning material & programs with L&D team support & resources
- Organize, maintain/retain and share learning material and programs across the organization – Create document management process
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders – Identify measures of success for learning material & programs
- Ensure all learning solutions are designed for each individual learner to ensure meeting/exceeding specific objectives
- Ongoing monitoring, reporting & evaluating on effectiveness of learning programs & strategies
- Continued partnership with internal stakeholders to identify continued areas of need for learning & development programs & strategies
Who you Are – Instructional Design Specialist, Talent Development
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred – Instructional Design/Technology, Adult Learning Theory or related experience
- 5+ years of instructional design, classroom and virtual facilitation work experience required
- Experience in multiple learning & development strategies/programs and design & implementation of instructional design)
- Experience researching, developing, creating and implementing new learning & development programs
- Strong communication, presentation & organizational skills – Ability to build relationships & engage with stakeholders
- Ability to drive results in a high growth environment
- Strong project management skills – Ability to manage multiple, highly visible projects
- Ability to identify challenges & opportunities and provide effective solutions to impact the business
- Experience working with LMS systems
