Instructional Designer
The Instructional Designer will play a vital role in executing GoHealth’s learning strategy. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for the design and development of agent and leadership development training programs with measureable performance outcomes. These programs and learning approaches will align with our business needs and remain in tune with GoHealth’s fast-paced, sales-driven culture. The ideal candidate should work well in a collaborative environment where alignment with all sides of the business is critical. This is a growing department and your expertise on designing and developing training programs will have an impact on the growth and development of 300+ sales agents. This is a great role for someone that enjoys seeing their work being successfully implemented throughout a growing company.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop clear, comprehensive, and highly effective training curriculum
- Conduct needs analyses to determine the needs of learners at all levels of the organization
- Design and develop blended learning solutions, which include e-learning using Articulate 360, training guides, FAQs, and job aids to be used in classroom and virtual trainings
- Tie learning objectives to conversion and quality metrics and drive performance
- Review and continuously improve existing training content
- Assess and advance the skill set capabilities of the training team, as well as agents and leadership
- Administer learning management system, Bridge
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years instructional design experience with the adherence to adult learning principles and a structured learning process
- Deep experience using e-learning authoring tools e.g., Articulate Storyline
- Translate complex information into easily understandable content
- Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
- Collaborate with the business and ensure alignment with all levels of the organization
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Comfortable working under pressure with multiple competing priorities and aggressive deadlines
- Insurance sales and raining delivery experience preferred
