We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly motivated and tenacious individual that is excited about getting involved in an entrepreneurial company with an expanding Fortune 500 client base.ing Fortune 500 client base.
Summary and Scope:
The Interaction Designer is responsible for creating all visual elements used in various integrated, cross channel digital marketing campaigns including responsive web design, banner ads, infographics, social media assets, icons, responsive email design, video, photo retouching, etc.
She/he will develop original designs and content for Rise’s diverse clientele, and collaborate with various departments within Rise.
The Interaction Designer will possess a strong attention to detail, knowledge of design and digital marketing best practices, and be service and results-oriented.
Leading small to medium sized web projects from start to finishAssisting Sr Interaction Designers & Art Directors in large scale web projects & digital marketing campaigns
Development of conceptual, strategic creative ideas for digital marketing campaigns, websites & apps
Working with UX designers to execute on web & app wireframes
Full production of creative ideas using Sketch, Invision, and other team-directed tools
Participation in sales presentations & associated deliverables
Travel when required to be on-site for a client
Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
2+ years of marketing experience with a focus in digital marketing and advertising, specifically within the creative realm.
Proficient in all Adobe CS programs, Sketch, Invision, Keynote
Dedication to completing projects and tasks with passion and a relentless pursuit of excellence
Ability to excel in a complex and changing marketplace
Critical thinking and problem solving abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to present creative concepts and executions to internal and client audiences
Advanced understanding of how data influences creative design
Basic understanding of core concepts and functions of digital marketing channels including but not limited to SEO, Programmatic, Social, etc.
We expect to see your portfolio, website/s, or samples of UX design with a description of the process you took to get to a final product. Samples of work can include sitemaps, wireframes, final designs, banner ads, social media graphics, infographics, presentations, videos, audio, animation, layouts or anything else that’s relevant.
