Responsibilities:
  • Create design deliverables for customer journeys, task flows, wireframes, and prototypes to ensure development teams know what to build and why
  • Create usability testing and research plans
  • Recruit users for usability testing and research sessions
  • Facilitate usability testing and research sessions
  • Develop and communicate insights from research sessions
  • Work with product managers and product designers to implement those improvements
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience handling product design work from initial concept through high fidelity designs ready for engineers to implement
  • The ability to quickly generate insights, create designs to address those insights and iterate on your designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders
  • The ability to clearly articulate your design decisions to stakeholders
  • Desire to actively listen to and empathize with users
  • Experience interacting with users to understand their motivations, mental models and needs
Bonuses:
