RESPONSABILITÉS

• Develop compelling creative solutions across omnichannel touchpoints with a customer-first lens
• Responsible for graphic design, seeing all projects through from concept, design, production, completion, and delivery
• Evolve, revise or redevelop advertisements or campaigns in response to feedback
• Create visually stunning video assets and content
• Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and other colleagues to best support larger media goals
• Take initiative on projects to over-deliver new and innovative solutions
• Adhere to brand guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in an agency setting required
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite including, but not limited to After Effects, PremierPro, Photoshop, Illustrator required
• Polished, visually appealing reel required
• Understanding complexities of web and coding software (ex. transferrable bit rates for streaming online, bit rate optimization, etc.)
• Knowledge of Cinema 4D is bonus
• Knowledge of Figma or other UX/UI tools are bonus
• Action based coding experience is bonus
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to inspire
• Confidence, enthusiasm and determination
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Resilience with ability to accept criticism of your work
• Market awareness with the ability to understand the target audiences
• Collaboration, with ability to work in partnership with stakeholders across multiple functions
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast paced environment and have strong project management skills
