About the Role

We’re looking for a product designer with a broad set of skills. As a baseline, you must have strong visual design skills and a solid understanding of product design principles. We don’t expect you to be an expert at your craft - yet. Instead, you should be excited about building a great product and the opportunity to collaborate with the rest of the organization through all aspects of the design process. A deep empathy for the user, a passion for simplifying complex problems, and a “let’s get-it-done” mentality should be at the heart of what you do.

In this role you will:

• Create user flows and high-fidelity visuals 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the product, design, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to design and build new and existing features
• Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction
• Cultivate a deep understanding of G2 Track’s UI styles, patterns, and standardized elements and interactions

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4 yrs of experience as a visual, UX or product designer
• Curiosity, ownership and empathy
• Passion for solving problems
• Experience designing complex products and features for web
• A strong even if limited design portfolio demonstrating creativity and delightfulness
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide actionable feedback
• Ability to take complex ideas and turn them into simple, elegant designs
