Since launching our native app in 2013, we now operate a robust e-commerce business and have opened 10+ retail stores in Chicago, DC and Dallas, and are rapidly scaling to take this first-of-its-kind omnichannel brand nationwide.
About the Role
Foxtrot’s eCommerce Product Team is a group of creative makers on a mission to develop the best experience for our customers, whether they shop online or in-store. Our secret sauce is the convergence of frictionless UX, best-in-class visual branding, and innovative technologies to create a convenient and delightful shopping and discovery experience for our customers. The role of Product Designer- Loyalty will be responsible for bringing to life a new Foxtrot Loyalty Program across our digital touchpoints. You’ll join a diverse and talented team of designers, product managers, and engineers obsessed with making products and services our customers love.

- You get excited when you get a say in strategy but also roll up your sleeves and work with diverse roles to understand problems and craft solutions.
- You understand how to use data and experimentation to help create new product features and experiences for customers that solve their frustrations or drive brand love.
- You feel a sense of pride when you see customers using your products.
In this role you will:
- Work with small multi-disciplinary teams.
- Design the future employee experience
- Get full access to customers & employees to understand the opportunity and design the future.
- Be supported by a dedicated team of product managers and engineers focused on creating the "secret sauce."
- Blaze a trail that will change how retail thinks about the employee experience within Omnichannel
We're looking for someone who's:
- You're curious, passionate, and have a learning mindset.
- You have 3+ years of product design experience
- You understand the nuances of designing for web, iOS, and Android
- You've worked closely with engineers, product managers, and other designers to deliver new designs cross-functionally and iteratively.
- You own the research and testing process, working closely with product managers and your users.
- You seek out teams with kind, mature, and low ego teammates.
- You’re interested in getting in at the ground floor with a tight-knit design team
- Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire to be considered. Proof of vaccination required.
