NeonCRM is looking for a Product Designer who will translate business and product requirements into visually beautiful concepts and best-in-class user experiences. You will work collaboratively with our developers and product manager in a fast-paced, agile, startup-like environment.

Responsibilities

  • Produce and maintain UI/UX  style guide and pattern library for NeonCRMDrive the design process from user research and ideation, through design iteration and user testing, to a final design
  • Work with a team to create high quality UX deliverables including wireframes, design specifications, prototypes, style guides, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
  • Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions and features, and be willing to take risks and champion new ideas
  • Facilitate design reviews and build buy-in for your team’s ideas across a company of very bright, opinionated colleagues
  • Be a constant learner and focus on continuous improvement to increase capabilities

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of work experience in product design or UX/UI design
  • Thorough understanding of user-centered design, with excellent hands-on graphic design skills and an ability to translate user requirements into a design vision and then into an actionable plan to deliver design specifications desired
  • Extensive experience in using interaction design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile and responsive design
  • Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, Axure, InVision, Balsamiq, and the like is a must
  • Fluent in HTML and CSS
  • Front-end JavaScript knowledge preferred
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment and partnering effectively with product managers and communicating with developers
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear and thorough documentation
