The Product Designer is responsible for driving traffic and orders in the Florist Online Division.

You will act as the subject matter expert on the competitive landscape and administrator for a variety of online marketing and analytics tools. You must have expertise in driving online traffic and order volume, developing detailed plans for complex projects involving challenging requirements, limited resources, and fixed deadlines.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

You must be Google Analytics certified and have experience with enterprise-level analytics tools, preferably Adobe Analytics. You will also drive the development and release of new products and features for the Florist Online Division.

You will maintain pertinent knowledge regarding customer needs and perspectives. You will lead analytics using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and other tools and keep an analytics 'report card' for each service.

You will identify opportunities, recommend new products and strategies, and lead the implementation of new products and services while defining product specs, obtain cross-company alignment, then manage the product's creation, development, and execution.

You manage multiple projects simultaneously, write and manage project plans, work cross-functionally to build and oversee online marketing tools that deliver results.

You will guide cross-functional teams through each step of construction and beyond the evolution of the new and existing products. You will manage all analytics for the Florist Online Division & Field Team and support other FOL staff by providing insight Pay-Per-Click, Site Optimization, Cart Abandonment, Online Rating Service and Email Marketing Campaigns.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

You are a dynamic, results-oriented, detail-oriented individual with at least five years of working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and at least two years in an online marketing role or web product development experience providing a vision and how the business can evolve.

You have a strong understanding of online marketing services, standard software, and project management concepts driven by technology, internet protocols, and consumer services. Familiarity with metrics, operations, and complete product lifecycle (e.g., requirements through QA) is required.

You have excellent organizational skills, focus, and attention to detail will ensure your success working in a fast-paced, hectic, and energetic environment.

Your experience with creating dashboards and business intelligence platforms will be a plus.

Your experience directly managing a portfolio of accounts experience in B2B and B2B2C will be a plus.
