We are looking for a highly conceptual Art Director with strong design skills, an eye for production and an excellent strategic mind. The ideal candidate will be well versed in the latest design trends and will have the portfolio to prove it. Must be able to work as part of a creative team along with a copywriter to deliver fresh ideas that solve real marketing objectives. Responsibilities will include concept generation, layout, revisions, direction distillation, presentation and production. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Agency experience is a must. Direct, digital, and video editing experience is preferred. Must be proficient in Adobe Suite.
Essential Job Functions:

• Collaborate with project teams to plan, analyze, organize and execute assigned projects within Direct Marketing, Email, Social and Digital channels
• Maintain stewardship of clients' look, tone and feel
• Prepare materials from client presentation through studio hand-off
• Partner with copywriters to develop a range of ideas and designs that are on-brief and on-strategy
• Collaborate with Account team to solve problems
• Maintain file management, using consistent naming conventions and procedures

Skills & Abilities

• Edit and produce video and animated content
• Produce solid concepts and execute on direction received from ACD or CD
• Think strategically, understands the values of the briefs
• Partner with creative team members to concept creative, on-strategy ideas
• Collaborate with Account team to answer client needs and ensure on-strategy design

Required Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Relevant, professional portfolio
• Good sense of aesthetic and typography
• Strong knowledge of industry-standard software/programs:
• InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and XD
