We are looking for a full-time Senior Designer, who appreciates design’s perfect equation of art and science. As a Senior Designer, you will create and execute visual concepts that bring collective core ideas to life. You will work within graphic design, brand identity, and collaborate to build design-informed solutions across a series of digital platforms. This person should not only act as a mentor for junior team members, but also work seamlessly across departments to deliver world-class work. Furthermore, you will be an active participant in a high performing culture with a focus on care and a dedication to personal and professional growth.

Here’s What You’ll Do.

  • Collaborate with Brand Director, creative team, and across internal teams to create conceptual design solutions that support core strategies and insights
  • Concept and execute forward-thinking design solutions, including (but not limited to) logo development, visual design systems, brand guidelines, light animation, cross-platform digital executions, creative campaigns, UI, presentation materials, etc.
  • Present design systems and concepts to clients in a way that demonstrates understanding of their business goals and an ability to articulate that thing that makes the system special
  • Work on multiple projects, refining and developing all aspects of the chosen design concept in coordination with other teams as needed
  • Manage individual scheduling and coordination of project deliverables with the project team lead; mentor and assist junior designers and team members
  • Prepare materials for client and internal meetings for client-facing presentations
  • Balance creative requirements with brand and client business objectives
  • Provide quality assurance on creative deliverables
  • Understand the impact of internal and external client feedback on your work
  • Research and stay ahead of the latest creative opportunities, ensuring that you and the team are taking advantage of technological developments, process enhancements, and trends

We Need In You. 

  • 5-7 years of experience as a designer, with 2+ years in a client facing role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field
  • Multi-disciplinary design portfolio, with emphasis on branding + visual identity examples
  • Demonstrated ability to develop conceptual visual ideas and execute against them to create innovative design solutions in a highly collaborative environment
  • Ability to brainstorm, develop and execute big campaign concepts and the tactics that support them
  • Willingness to take direction and prioritize while juggling multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to articulate creative ideas both internally and externally; solid persuasive presentation skills
  • Provide clear creative direction and provide timely and helpful feedback to improve creative processes to keep deliverables on time and on budget
  • Excellent relationship-building and influence skills; must be personable and trustworthy
  • Proficient in the latest versions of Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign), Sketch, Keynote
