We are looking for a Senior Designer to produce and oversee digital and print creative solutions to address our marketing needs.

To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including websites, brochures and product packaging.

Ultimately, you will ensure the design team promotes our brand through delivering high quality pieces on tight deadlines.
 

Assist in custom templates, client specific mock-ups, pitch presentations, etc. Under the direction of a senior creative staff, the candidate will work hands-on on several projects at a time and will be involved in all phases of creative development. Will be responsible for executing portions of projects with senior creative staff as well as contributing to directing the project through production. The candidate is learning to excel at working and managing priorities independently, with oversight from your manager. Aim to produce work to the highest standards and are passionate about interactive design, trends in mobile, social media, and technology.
 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
• Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
• Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality
• Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
• Apply typography techniques
• Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
• Increase user friendliness in digital products
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
• Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
• Maintain proficient knowledge of our products and current trends in web technologies and design practices
• Contribute to the development of a range of creative executions for each project while meeting tight deadlines
• Collaborate with the all teams across department to ensure proper use of brand and identity guidelines
• Ability to multitask and manage several different initiatives at once while maintaining quality standards.
• Individual should be able to think creatively and produce a number of ideas and solutions that can be expressed visually
• Ability to run with little direction and build from a blank canvas
• Must be highly organized

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of completed design projects
• Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Proficient in design software (e.g. InDesign and InVision)
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
• Attention to visual details
• Ability to articulate and sell creative concepts and rationale to other team members in words as well as visuals
• BSc degree in Design or Visual Arts
• A minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience
