Who We’re Looking For

For the Senior Product Designer position, we’re looking for someone who can help identify and deliver solutions for some of the most complicated systems plaguing the healthcare system. The product experiences you design will focus on the discovery and delivery of user value for healthcare providers within our Review tool, which leverages machine learning to help eliminate waste and drive compliance between providers and drug manufacturers. In this role, you will become the go-to resource and thought partner within the solution space, deploying product and design thinking frameworks to guide collective efforts and facilitate strong collaboration.  Across all roles, we look for future team members who will live our values of Collaboration, Inspired, Steadfast, Courageous, and Excellence.

• Strong experience across all aspects of product discovery & delivery: defining product strategy, customer research, detailed design, development support and launch

• Problem solve, think big, and explore divergent concepts/ideas while understanding how to converge and build iteratively towards the vision

• Plan strategically and think tactically as a partner with product and engineering to scope out product goals, timelines, resources, activities and deliverables

• Influence the shape of the product with research and data while executing design work using high quality wireframes, mockups, user journeys, and cross-platform interactive prototypes

• Advocate for design and inspire the team, by sharing your work and presenting cross-functionally, while being able to precisely articulate design rationale

• Create a unified, end-to-end experience through close collaboration with team members from across the Product and Design Teams

• The ability to be hands-on, collaborative, self-motivated, curious, and humble in your daily tasks

General Experience Guidelines

We know your experience extends beyond what you have on paper. The following is a guideline of general experience we’re looking for in this role:

• 5+ years of relevant experience

• Discovery skills in user research and analysis, journey mapping, problem validation, and solution validation

• Experience facilitating work sessions and driving internal stakeholders towards product decisions

• Excellent presentation, communication, and organization skills

• Portfolio (online or attached) demonstrating attention to craft and application of product thinking
