Arrive is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our Product Development team. You will lead User Interface design and work alongside UX Designers, Researchers, Product Managers, and Developers in a collaborative, agile environment. 

Arrive powers the ParkWhiz and BestParking brands and is focused on creating first class user experiences across our iOS, Android, mobile web and desktop platforms. As Senior Product Designer, you will create solutions with a focus on elevating user interfaces across consumer facing products, solving real-world problems and helping users get to their destination, seamlessly.

What we're looking for

• A self-starter with prior experience leading UI design on a product team and great attention to detail.
• Experience designing native applications for both iOS and Android.
• Experience designing responsive websites with a mobile-first approach.
• Strong execution of high-fidelity mockups and the ability to deliver designs to developers for devices or platforms with varying technical needs. 
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize front-end design work in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise with design tools such as Sketch and Zeplin, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of prototyping tools like InVision and Principle a plus.
• Curiosity about consumer needs and behaviors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Degree in Graphic Design or related discipline.
• An understanding of Bootstrap, Responsive HTML5 and CSS3.
• A portfolio demonstrating clean execution of product solutions and the ability to communicate design decisions is a must.

What you'll do

• Establish a visual design system with component libraries that are scalable and create design consistency across multi-modal experiences.
• Apply existing interaction patterns and build new interaction patterns on iOS, Android and Web.
• Iterate and respond to ideas for innovation and improvements based on research, analysis or competitive reviews.
• Work together with developers to discuss animations, asset handoff, tradeoffs and other needs in the delivery process.
• Collaborate with UX to push solutions to the next level through the product development process, including visual quality assurance. 
• Own app store listing assets and collaborate with our Product Copywriter on our app store listing strategies.
• Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the Product team.
• Uphold and improve upon the brand identity, colors, and UI standards of Arrive.
• Collaborate with our VP Creative and the Creative and Marketing teams on branding strategy and guidelines, ensuring consistency across all user touchpoints.
