Interested in leading the UX/UI design on strategic web platforms and services?
As an experienced and visionary Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for driving and creating intuitive, user-friendly digital products that delight end-users and drive business growth, as well as coaching and mentoring other design minded team members to help them develop their skills and contribute to our collective success.

What You'll Do:
- Lead the creation and design of UX/UI artifacts for responsive web platforms for B2B end-users.
- Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications.
- Conceptualize, create, and deliver UI documentation, including visual interaction design, clickable prototypes, style guides, etc.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to influence and define product requirements that translate into meaningful, user-friendly designs that deliver measurable results.
- Communicate your design decisions and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to other designers on the team.
- Help mature our UX practice by developing and implementing processes, frameworks, and best practices.
- Work with our UX team, Senior UX designers, product managers, and development team to ensure designs meet business objectives and user needs.
- Make a direct impact on products that will be in production for end-users.

- 5+ years of experience in a UX/UI focused role (i.e., User Experience Designer, Product Designer, Digital Designer, Visual Designer)
- Proven track record of leading successful UX/UI design projects and teams
- Experience creating, maintaining and improving design systems and libraries.
- Proficiency with user-centered design thinking methodologies, including but not limited to heuristic analysis, competitive research, journey mapping, user personas, collaborative ideation, and discovery, etc.
- Strong command of common digital design tools, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other emerging applications within the product design space.
- A robust online or sharable portfolio of work that demonstrates your design process, user experience, and visual design skills.
- Strong familiarity with current web standards, Agile software development, and production processes
- Excellent verbal and written English communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a design related or HCI field, preferred.
- Experience with motion and interaction design tools, preferred.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and common front-end frameworks, preferred.
