We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer to support a wide variety of digital design requests. Reporting to Visual Design Team Lead, this role will work across web, social and print graphics. Primary duties include producing website design layouts/comps (using an existing component library), creation of social graphics/templates, email graphics, data visualizations/infographics, website assets, whitepaper layout, and more.

Who you are:

We're looking for a Designer who has experience in creating smart, effective, engaging and visually appealing user experiences. A team member who is passionate, results-oriented and a strong design-led, conceptual thinker. Someone who is skilled at communicating tactical and strategic design choices and recommendations to clients and internal teams. Someone who is communicative, organized and a mix of left and right brain thinking!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform marketing and product concepts into visually compelling social and email layouts through the usage of design elements such as typography, imagery, and illustration
  • Ideate and illustrate and/or design high-quality images that match the needs of the brand, campaign, and channel under tight timelines
  • Apply existing brand guidelines and digital design standards
  • Create thoughtful, engaging work across all creative channels-internal campaigns, websites and landing pages, video graphics, print and digital advertising, brand identity, and print collateral

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) Graphic Design, Web/Social Design or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in executing digital design projects, including but not limited to: Graphic design, social posts, content development, and project management
  • Experience working with client/business stakeholders to meet desired results
  • Good knowledge of recent design trends as well as general aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory, and typography
  • Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD (Figma preferred)
  • Strong capabilities in the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Comfort with MS Office, including Word, Powerpoint, and Teams

Preferred:

  • Experience with digital collaboration tools: Invision Freehand, Miro, etc.
  • Motion/animation design
  • Familiarity creating and implementing accessible (WCAG 2.1) designs
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS or front-end implementation
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX), accessibility, information architecture (IA), design principles, form design and grid layouts.
