XSELL is currently seeking a Telephony Solution Architect. This role will lead a comprehensive SAAS capability and technology gap analysis for existing and desired clients across all functions at XSELL. The role will develop business cases across multiple engagement models and associated architecture options, coordinate the selection of the right-fit engagement model architecture, develop a transition roadmap associated with the future state architecture, and get alignment from business stakeholders and vendors on the selected future state model and architecture.

Ways You Will Contribute:

  • The Telephony Solutions Architect is expected to lead the collaboration with XSELL solution architects/SME/PMs and collaborate with client businesses. 
  • Conduct enterprise-wide solution feasibility analysis and come up with the preferred solution options that align with client Go-Live timelines. The analysis needs to comprise of Vendor CRM and Telecommunication platforms Client/Vendor/XSELL Telephony and Network Components. 
  • Ability to suggest optimization/improvisation to client business and executive leadership. Review the feasibility of new and existing IT projects. 
  • Lead high level scoping and costing activities. 
  • Guide and influence team members and business colleagues. 
  • Ensure that new technology is appropriately introduced and integrated into client environments. 
  • Map telephony and SAAS call center requirements to architecture diagrams. 
  • Evaluate emerging technologies against business and IT strategic needs. 
  • Serve as a key representative on network initiatives. 
  • Update standards and guidelines.

What You Will Bring:

In order to be successful, you will need the following:

  • Previous project experience with the design and implementation of Call Center architecture, including integration of phone system technology with CRM solutions, and source data integration.
  • Experience with Virtual Contact Center (VCC) space across multiple channels
  • Required experience with client CRM/Telephony integration Enterprise Portals + Enterprise Applications 
  • Experience with Cloud Contact Center Services and technologies
  • Consults with the client as a subject matter expert (SME) in architecture and design of Voice, Video and Collaboration technologies such as Enterprise Voice, IP Contact Center environment, Video, Session Management, RTC Security and Compliance.
  • Collaborates with architecture, engineering and product teams within Network Services and other IT disciplines to understand and contribute to overall IT directions and strategies
  • Strong experience with Visio and PowerPoint
  • The ability to visualize and create high-level capability models for future analysis to extend and mature the business architecture
  • Experience using model-based representations that can be adjusted as required to collect, aggregate or disaggregate complex and conflicting information about the business
  • Extensive experience planning and deploying both business and IT initiatives
  • Exceptional communication skills with all levels of the organization; including written and verbal communications and visualizations
  • Strong understanding of CRM, CTI, and RTP required
  • Knowledge of ISDN, H.323, H248, MGCP, SIP, RTP/RTCP, codecs G.729 & G.711 is required
  • Familiar with technology trends in networking, examples include but not limited to software defined networking (SDN), BYOD, SIP session management etc.
  • Expertise in voice technologies including but not limited to voice over IP protocols (H.323/SIP), IP PBX, session management etc.
  • Expertise in session border controllers, voice platforms and unified communication technologies
  • Expertise in LAN/WAN technologies including but not limited wired/wireless LAN environments, data center networking, Intranet/extranet environments, as well as wide area networking technology such as IP/MPLS, SONET/SDH, DWDM technologies, IP Multicast (PIM, MBGP) and QOS environment
  • Experience with networking products such as routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, recorders, and WAN optimization products
  • Knowledge of vendors such as Juniper, Genesys, Avaya, Five9, Cisco, Alcatel-Lucent required
  • Working knowledge of UDP/AAR/ARS call flows, vectors, system architecture, design principles and implementation
  • Knowledge of AWS and Microsoft Azure services and technology suites
  • Knowledge market data/exchange technologies
