Responsibilities and Duties

Kranze Technology Solutions develops over 20+ Android Apps and Python Apps and is in need of detail oriented, motivated, self starters.

KTS is seeking UI / UX Designers to:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets

Kranze Technology Solutions, Inc. is a small business in the defense industry specializing in Infrared Countermeasures (IRCM) systems, digital interoperability and networking, and program support for the US Navy, US Marine Corps, and SOCOM. KTS provides hardware and software product development, systems of systems integration, system test and evaluation support, modeling and simulation analysis, and other engineering services. Qualifications and Skills

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Portfolio of design projects.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision).
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Good time-management skills.
• BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field.

The requirement for this job is that the applicant must be able to obtain a Security Clearance (after being hired). One requirement for a Security Clearance is that the individual must be a US Citizen. Please do not apply if you do not meet the Security Clearance requirement.
