We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with a strong passion for crafting data-driven User Experience to lead our UI/UX process in our Product Studio, in partnership with our technology director. What You’ll Do.

  • Facilitate UX workshops, perform UX research, conduct user interviews, competitor analysis, SWOT analysis, and heuristic evaluations to understand and identify the right problems to solve.
  • Identify and translate business requirements and goals into intelligent UX and engaging design solutions.
  • Define the priority of product features by empathizing with the user and educate the client on this data-driven decision.
  • Produce high-quality UX design solutions through data-driven user personas, user flows, customer journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity and interactive prototypes by connecting the business requirements with people’s needs, behaviors, and aspirations.
  • Create briefs and any other necessary documentation explaining the UX research and decisions that come out of it to empower the UI Designers and Developers
  • Work closely with UI Designers and Developers to ensure the user experience is effectively translated into visual designs and developed products. 
  • Work cross-functionally with Studio Directors to participate in all stages of the design process, communicate timelines and status, and deliver materials that exceed the needs of specific assignments.

 

What We Need In You. 

  • 3+ years experience in UX & Web/Digital design.
  • Digital agency or consultancy experience is preferred.
  • Prior experience working with development teams is a plus.
  • Understanding of challenges and responsibilities of working with a remote workforce.
  • Empathy for the user and a deep passion for understanding people’s behavior and how they translate into digital interactions with software products and brand websites. 
  • Professional experience as a user experience designer, user experience researcher, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role.
  • An extensive portfolio that demonstrates a solid understanding of both UX and UI techniques and processes.
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
  • Ability to communicate complex interaction concepts across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
  • Fluent in UX architecture, concepting, interactive wireframing & rapid prototyping with a variety of tools, such as  Sketch, Adobe XD, Marvel, etc
  • Ability to work on multiple projects under varying deadlines and quickly respond to creative and technical direction while managing all details.
  • Strong understanding of the implications of design choices on usability and accessibility, development effort, and SEO.
  • Stay up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.
