Your Opportunity
The User Experience team at NowSecure is looking for a User Experience Designer to work on multiple web-based applications. You will work as a UX design resource on projects and will be expected to act as the user advocate throughout the product development lifecycle. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences and be able to produce usable artifacts on the fly.
What You'll be Doing

• Creating wireframes and workflows
• Translating business requirements into documented navigation paths, UI page layouts, wireframes and/or storyboards
• Formally presenting user interface concepts, designs and functional requirements to large groups of design partners
• Developing personas, user scenarios, and other analysis documents to inform the design
• Developing UI prototypes and document user interface design standards and guidelines
• Facilitating user interviews and usability tests to ensure that user input is gathered throughout the product life cycle
• Managing multiple projects at the same time and be able to prioritize tasks and set expectations

• You have experience working in dev tools, enterprise and SaaS markets.

Skills and Experience Needed for Success

• 2+ years creating strong user experiences
• Previous experience researching and studying target users to collect and analyze data that will help inform the product design process
• Experience creating wireframes and mock-ups that fulfill product requirements.
• Experience having performed design upgrades based on user feedback, technical constraints and marketing dynamics
• Experience setting direction and standard for screen imagery including icons, content flow and navigation elements
• Experience evaluating the products user experience by testing it with representative users
• Ability to multi-task and react positively to frequent changes in priorities
• High level of project organization, attention to detail, and time management
• High level of motivation to solve existing problems while anticipating new issues
• Experience with JIRA or similar tool for tracking software requirements, changes and releases.
• Experience with Figma for wireframes, mockups and prototyping
• Experience with Confluence (web-based corporate Wikis) to organize, maintain and communicate UI implementation guidelines and functional requirements

• Previous experience working in the Mobile or Security industry
