What you’ll bring:
Expert knowledge of standard professional tools, such as Photoshop, InVision, Sketch, Adobe Cloud, or similar wireframing and prototyping tools.
Solid experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.
Experience working with optimization testing tools, such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, Maxymiser, Monetate or similar experience optimization tools.
Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and patterns for responsive web design across devices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to professionally articulate design choices to global business teams and leadership.
What we’d love to see:
Experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams dispersed across geographic locations.
Strong self-starter who can work independently and with direction.
4-6 years’ progressive experience in a consumer-focused ecommerce environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in HCI, Interaction Design, New Media or related field.
Impact you’ll make:
Establish strong cross-functional collaboration with regional Product, Project and IT team members.
Work closely with analytics lead to understand product performance and identify areas of ongoing optimization.
Analyze user flows/designs to determine needed enhancements.
Act as SME for UX/UI best practices, maintaining on-brand UX standards and staying abreast of global usability trends to help customize digital properties for cultural differences as appropriate.
Develop insights-driven wireframes, mock-ups, low- and high-fidelity prototypes that can be translated into or used in conjunction with requirements / user stories.
Develop UX/UI design deliverables and build out test plans to support user research and optimization tests (a/b, MVT, multi-funnel and usability).
Enforce the UX design process, identifying the appropriate assets for success and educating teams on the need for each asset.
Key projects will involve building out the next generation UX for regional teams and business partners.
