What You'll Bring

Two to five years of relevant experience, preferably in client facing setting, designing applications, experiences, websites, products and services that balance user needs, business objectives and technological constraints.

Experience collaborating and problem-solving with a cross-functional team, including a variety of stakeholders across business functions and levels

Holistic and human-centered approach to product and service design, from research and insight generation to concept to deliverable

Demonstrated capabilities of a hands-on practitioner proven through a diverse body of work using visual design software (Adobe CS, Sketch, and Principle), rapid prototyping tools (InVision) and research tools (AirTable, Tableau, Google Analytics).

A Bachelor’s Degree in Experience Design, HCI, Interaction design, and/or related design experience

We'd love to see:

Confidence in influencing, negotiation and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)

Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to adapt, self-organize and define your own tasks in an ever-changing environment

Experience with a diverse set of industry software, including Sketch, Adobe CS, InVision

Familiarity with motion graphics and animation is a plus

Impact You'll Make

UX Design Strategist at TransUnion are the ones who bring sound business, human-centered experience strategies and the best design solutions to the table. In this specific role you will be partnering with TransUnion’s B2B customer experience leaders who are responsible for modernizing and digitizing the way our core customers work, communicate, and self-serve in order to improve the end to end journey.

On your projects, you will work on blended cross-functional teams and will tackle all aspects of the design process. You will think creatively and strategically, dissecting business problems and using design methodologies to develop innovative outcomes.

To gain user insights, you will utilize qualitative and quantitative research and testing, persona development, customer journeys, and service blueprints. To communicate your findings, you will engage our customers and stakeholders with your storytelling and narration skills, leveraging a variety of verbal and visual methods (e.g. storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, etc).

You’ll partner with a UI/Visual Designer to prototype and iterate on ideas that best represent possible solutions and validate them through usability testing. As UX Design Strategist, you will lead usability testing sessions, consolidate findings and iteratively integrate into design solutions
