UX Designer (Contract)

About the role: The Senior User Experience Designer oversees all user experience and design aspects from conception to delivery. They work with designers and engineers to develop a cohesive experience throughout our platform in order to increase user satisfaction. They also review junior designers’ work to ensure high-quality products.
Required Skills:
- 5-7 years of increasing experience within the Design or UX functions with a product-based company.
- Extensive experience with design systems and UI frameworks like Material Design and Vuetify.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with multi-product enterprise platforms and SaSS preferred.
- Strong understanding of UI and UX design techniques and tools.
- Has an understanding of usability testing and its process.
- Understanding of layout principles, aesthetic design concepts, and typography.
- Strong understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Has an understanding of wireframing and prototyping.
- Superior organization skills; exacting attention to detail and accuracy.
- Recognizes pros and cons of different design strategy
- Ability to work with designers and developers to implement new ideas.
- Proven ability to manage multiple design requests in a timely fashion, with competing priorities and deadlines.
