Your Responsibilities
As a UX Designer for John Deerelocated in Moline, IL, you will partner with other UX professionals, software engineers and product managers to design and deliver innovative and intuitive digital experiences for our global dealer, customer, and employee users. In addition, you will...
- Deliver wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Interpret and translate quantitative and qualitative insights into high quality visual experiences.
- Partner with other UX professionals to validate and test designs with users through usability testing methods.
- Leverage and contribute to the Fuel Design System.
What Skills You Need
- BS/BA with 0-2 years of demonstrated experience in UI and UX design.
- MS/MA with 0 years of demonstrated experience in UI and UX design.
- Experience with Figma or other equivalent design and rapid-prototyping tools.
- Experience creating wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
- Communication and presentation skills to effectively participate in design discussions.
- A portfolio highlighting your design process and experience.
- Experience incorporating branding and common design system components and guidelines into product experiences.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience leveraging or contributing to a Design system.
- Continuous UX learning and certifications.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Ability to influence without authority and working with a variety of individuals.
- Writing concise content, design guidelines, and standards.
- Experience with capturing analytics and identifying insights.
- Experience with accessibility design and guidelines.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc.
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- BS/BA Required (Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Usability, Graphic Arts, Digital Design, Industrial Design, Marketing, Human Factors, or related degree)
