This newly created position, User Experience Designer is responsible for developing interaction design concepts that align with customer and business needs. A successful candidate will be a collaborative team-player, with the ability to work closely with business and technology stakeholders, as well as colleagues on our global team. You should possess a passion for developing elegant solutions to complex usability problems with solid experience translating business and technology constraints into well-integrated, world-class, end-user experiences.

The Role:
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product visual and experience
- Execute all visual design stages, from concept to final hand-off to engineering (ideally including conversion of designs to HTML/CSS)
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, process flows and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Conduct user research and effectively communicate and evaluate user feedback
- Work with Marketing to establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
- Design rich and intuitive user experience and user interfaces
- Work closely with developers to seamlessly integrate the user experience
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while being able to solve problems independently, adapt to quickly changing priorities, maintain a high-level of work under pressure, and deliver on required timelines
Requirements:
- Experience in designing and iterating on web apps
- 3+ years of UX/and or design experience
- Quantitative and user behavior analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- Outstanding Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign skills
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Bootstrap or equivalent framework a plus
- Working knowledge of Sketch is a plus
- Passion for creating experiences in online environments
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
