UX Designer
Snapsheet is looking for a talented UX Designer to join our design team. As the UX Designer, you are a user advocate who can turn complex business requirements into intuitive workflows for our web and mobile products. You are involved in every stage of the product from concept to launch; brainstorming in launch meetings, researching every element of the design to create a seamless workflow and empathy maps for the user experience. You will be able to turn data into a story and prove the concept of your design through research and metrics. As a UX Designer you work closely with the development team and business leaders leveraging your expertise in wireframes, user personas, and human centered design.
You are a critical thinker, and as such, you tend to ask more questions so that you can fully understand the need at hand. You back your decisions with metrics and research. You are a problem solver, if you don’t know the answer you find it. You are creative and you have an eye for design. You are a planner, but you are quick to pivot if there is a better way.
