WHAT WE NEED/ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a UX lead with UI chops to integrate into our existing creative team of designers and developers. As our team’s lone UX Designer, you’ll handle the full spectrum of users’ impressions and interactions with a given client. Your exact duties will vary depending on the project but will tend to consist of the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Interact with clients to gather information and build requirements
• Conduct user research
• Create user personas, journeys and sitemaps
• Build and reconfigure information architecture
• Translates research findings into complex interaction designs that provide usable, effective and efficient experiences to users
• Work on cross-platform sites and applications
• Work with the design and developer teams to bring concepts to life while maintaining UX best practices
• Create interactive prototypes
• Ability to work closely with technical staff to understand products technical limitations and design solutions that meet users needs even with tight constraints
• Understands Design principles and their application
